State Cost-Share Program
What Is TAEP?
The Tennessee Agricultural Enhancement Program (TAEP) is a state-funded cost-share program administered by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. It helps Tennessee farmers offset the cost of approved agricultural infrastructure improvements — including pole barns, hay storage, and equipment shelters.
Eligible participants can receive reimbursement for a portion of their building costs after the project is completed and inspected. Reimbursement rates and caps vary by practice and county, so it pays to plan ahead.
We've helped landowners across the Upper Cumberland navigate the TAEP process from start to finish. We know what the program requires, and we build to those specs from day one.
